POLICIES THAT BIND MEMBERS WITH THE ORGANIZATION

1. DUES

The fiscal year start October 1st and end September 30th.
- Dues payments start effective
  October 1st to March 25th.
- Reunion Dues October 1st to July
   31st.
- Installment payments are accepted
   until payments are completed.
- Receipt will be issued via    WhatsApp or Text to Members for all money paid for the fiscal year, for tax purposes.
-Any member who will be removed from the forum due to non payments of their yearly dues, will be reinstated  after payment is made.
- Money received after the fiscal year, will be applied to the previous fiscal year.
- Yearly dues is $150.00
- Reunion payments $200.00

- All payments made for Reunion will not be refunded. 

2. MONTHLY MEETING

Our monthly  meeting is the last Sunday of every month except otherwise specified.

- Group calls will be made 5 mins prior to the start of the meeting.
It is mandatory for all members to attend meeting, members who are not present at the meeting, whatever discussed and agreed upon will be final.

- All meetings are open for  discussion, suggestion, input and solution.

Members are encouraged to raise their hand when they want to speak During the meeting.

- Any pertinent information discussed in meetings with the executive or board members about the organization or individual should be kept confidential until the organization or individual are notified. If confidentiality is not maintained the noted individual will be expelled.

3. ANNUAL REUNION

Our reunion is  on the second weekend  of September  every year.  (weekend after labor day).

As the date to the reunion gets closer the executive and the planning committee will meet every week.

4. BEREAVEMENT CONTRIBUTIONS

Bereavement contribution will be 20 dollars. Whatever amount contributed, the total amount will be disbursed to the bereaved member.
- If a member  passed away, every member should contribute $200.00

- All bereavement Contributions will be posted on the forum for two weeks.
- Bereavement Contributions are mandatory for every member. (If you didn't contribute don't expect).

- All bereavement notifications should  be directed to the President. In the absence of the president please contact the vice president. 

5. DRESS CODE

Members are encouraged to wear designated dress code for any occasion agreed upon, If A Member violates, the attire, the Member will not be allowed to participate  in any of the activities.

6. REUNION TICKETS

The hosting state will sell majority of the Reunion tickets.

- Every Member is encourage to sell three tickets with the exception of the hosting state . The three tickets should not be returned.  All tickets money should be turned in to the Treasurer by July 31st via zelle or cash app.

- Tickets will be at a discounted price for Members who will be selling tickets out of state

- If A Member who live out of state sold ticket to an individual who intend to attend the function, the individual ticket will be sold at the regular price.

If for any reason, Members have disputes with their Peers related to the organization please reach out to the board so it can be resolved amicably.

7. BIRTHDAYS AND CELEBRATIONS

Members who want their birthdays to be celebrated on the forum, should send their pictures 2 to 3 days prior to the date. If pictures are not received, that means member do not want their birthday posted.

Members should not post birthday celebration on the forum except the designated person, to prevent it from deleting. 

8.NEW MEMBERS SHOULD

1. Read and agreed to the policy of
    the Organization
2. Complete the application form
    and pay the $20 application fee.
3. Pay $150.00 yearly Membership
     Dues.
4. Acknowledgement of the policy
    on the general forum, then they will be added,

 

9. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Members who violate the policy will:

1) Receive a verbal warning from the Board.
2) 2nd violation, written warning.
3) If action repeat, the Board will execute disciplinary action.
